Terms & refunds

Draft. Nxrth should review these before the site takes payments.

The service

Nxrth Coaching sells Valorant coaching sessions and VOD reviews with Nxrth, held over Discord. Results depend on your own practice; we can't guarantee a rank.

Booking

After paying, open a Coaching ticket in the nxrth pole Discord to schedule your session. Sessions should be booked within 30 days of purchase. Monthly plans cover 4 sessions within that month.

Rescheduling and no-shows

You can reschedule for free with at least 24 hours' notice in your ticket. If you miss a session without notice, it counts as used.

Refunds

• Full refund if your session hasn't happened yet and you ask before it's scheduled to start.
• VOD reviews can be refunded until Nxrth starts working on your match.
• Completed sessions can't be refunded.
• If Nxrth has to cancel and you can't find a new time, you get a full refund.

To ask for a refund, email nxrth@gltchgroup.com with your receipt email.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Conduct

Be respectful during sessions. Abusive behavior ends the session without a refund. The nxrth pole server rules apply in tickets.
